Jasswant Singh, is the founding partner with more than 27 years experience under his wing. He has established the firm in a unique position that services a multitude of commercial clients as panel solicitors. Prior to establishing his own practice, he was attached as a Legal Assistant with one of the most reputable legal firms in Malaysia.

Jasswant attained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honours from the University of London and after which he quickly passed the Malaysian Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in a single sitting. Additionally, Jasswant holds an Bachelors Degree in Education (B.Sc) with a double major in Physics and Mathematics from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). His background in Maths and Science makes him a meticulous litigator and arms him with especially useful skills in highly complex or technical cases.

Simerpreet Kaur is a partner at the firm. She attained her Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at the University of the West of England, Bristol. She was admitted to the Degree of the Utter Bar as a Barrister-at-Law by The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2019, and is also an Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator, certified by the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) of England and Wales.

Before she began her professional legal career, she served for almost 2 years as a Scrum Master in the Project Management Office of one the  biggest fintech companies in Malaysia. Coupled with her background in Electrical & Computer Science Engineering, her cross-industry skills in technology and business have become extremely valuable in all legal matters she deals with today.
